I cannot praise Olie enough. I rang Hythe Auto Electrics when my motorhome would not start and the battery would not charge. As I couldn’t get it to Olie’s workshop, he came out to see what the problem was. Turns out something was draining both batteries and had killed them. Olie purchased new batteries and came out later in the week on Saturday to fit the main battery and escort us to his workshop. One week later all the obsolete wiring was gone. The culprit draining the battery was banished and all our wiring sorted, tidied and working properly. A new kill switch was fitted to the battery and a new charging unit fitted to keep the batteries topped up, we were then good to go. After a chat with my other half about our internal lighting, Olie will now be changing our lighting to LEDs - kinder to our leisure battery and they don’t get hot. If you are looking for a reliable, honest and knowledgeable person to work on your motorhome - Olie’s the person to go to. I must also mention his prices are very reasonable. Olie is a great bloke and Hythe Auto Electrics our go to place from now on.

Amazing job done by Hythe auto electrics fitting my leisure battery and 12v sockets and usb sockets also supplying a portable solar. Ollie explained the installation very clearly and how everything works. I would highly recommend Ollie for any of your auto electrics and self build camper conversions.

Really pleased with the work Olie and his team have done on my campervan kids are going to love the lights and i know my mind is at rest with the electrics all wired up professionally and everything finished to a high standard, i know my van was abit of a challenge for him as he said finding a way of fitting it all in with very little space to work with but with enough planning sure enough he found a way plus he kept me updated all through out the process and answered all the questions i had clearly and honestly.If your thinking of getting any of this sort of thing done to your van his your man!Top bloke highly recommendedThanks Olie I'll be back for more work in the future!

I contacted Hythe Auto Electrics to see if I could have a solar panel fitted to my camper. Of course, Olie replied quickly and told me I could! The quote breakdown was detailed and professional. I booked in and after a short wait, had the work done last week. I even explained some concerns about the electrics on my leisure battery that the previous owner may have completed, which Olie was able to check over while the camper was with him.Quality products have been installed on my camper and Olie walked me through the Bluetooth app at the end too - I now have a fab working solar panel for the summer months!Customer service here was amazing and would completely recommend this company and I would use again for any electrical requirements on my campervan.

I was told about Ollie by my mechanic after my horn was t working I phoned him up and took my car so he could see the problem I also asked him to sort my reversing sensors which were playing up . I found Ollie to be very thorough and professional the jobs he done were first class I would certainly recommend him he is a thoroughly nice guy

Fitted new solar panel, leisure batteries ect. Brilliant job such tidy work and a good price. We had not much of an idea of what was needed and Ollie gave us good advice and boy did he need patience with us, he was polite and gave us so much of his time. We cannot recommend him enough, top bloke.
